By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
LusLashes provides lash and brow beauty treatments including lash extensions, lash lifts, lash tinting, brow lamination, tinting, waxing, shaping and related services. All treatments are carried out to a professional standard by a fully qualified technician.
It is the client’s responsibility to:
Provide accurate personal and contact details
Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, eye conditions, medications, or pregnancy prior to treatment
Follow all aftercare instructions given
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment refusal or poor results. LusLashes is not liable for issues caused by withheld information.
Patch tests are required for certain treatments including lash lifts, tints, and brow tinting. Patch tests must be completed at least 24–48 hours before the appointment. No treatment will be carried out without a clear patch test where required.
Clients must be 16 years or older. Clients under 18 may be required to provide parental consent.
Clients must arrive:
With clean lashes and brows
With no makeup, mascara, or oils on the treatment area
Failure to arrive properly prepared may result in reduced results or refusal of treatment.
LusLashes does not offer refunds on any services once treatment has been completed.
If you are unhappy with a service, this must be raised during the appointment so adjustments can be made immediately. Any concerns raised after leaving the studio may require a new, chargeable booking.
Results and retention vary depending on:
Natural lash condition
Aftercare followed
Skin type, lifestyle and hormones
LusLashes is not responsible for poor retention caused by incorrect aftercare or picking/pulling of lashes.
For health and safety reasons:
No extra guests or children are allowed at appointments
LusLashes reserves the right to refuse treatment if hygiene or safety is compromised
LusLashes reserves the right to refuse or stop treatment if:
A client arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs
A client behaves inappropriately
A treatment is deemed unsafe for the client
Gift vouchers and promotional offers:
Are non-refundable
Must be used before their expiry date
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Photos and videos of treatments may be taken for marketing and social media. Your identity will not be disclosed. If you do not consent, please inform your technician before the appointment.
LusLashes is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by:
Failure to follow aftercare advice
Failure to disclose medical information
Actions taken by the client outside the treatment environment
